Answers to some questions we are frequently asked.  If you don't see a question asked here that you need an answer to, or if you need more clarification, always feel free to pick up the telephone and call us.
 
DO YOU USE ON-SHORE OR OFF-SHORE RESOURCES?
 
We use both, sometimes on the same project.  If you have a preference please let us know prior to project engagement.  If you have security requirements or other restrictions that prohibit the use of off-shore resources, or require developers to have specific security clearances, undergo background checks, etc., please let us know and let's ensure that these requirements are written into our engagement contract.
 
WHAT IS YOUR CAPACITY TO DEVELOP?
 
We have access to considerable resources of on-shore and off-shore developers, and we can scale up to meet almost any project requirements and timeframes.
 
WHAT WILL MY PROJECT COST?
 
We won't know until we have a chance to meet with you and chat.  Our projects always run in (at least) three phases: Discovery, Development, and Deployment.  Each project phase is distinct from the other and is billed separately.  The Discovery phase will allow us to identify the project scope of work from which we will determine the resources required for Development.  In the Deployment phase, we will work with your staff (technical and user) to install, test, train, and document.
 
DO YOU REALLY DELIVER THE SOURCE CODE?
 
YES!  You get the editable source code as part of the overall project deliverables.
